Nona if you have difficulty with payment and a weekly payment scheme can be
arranged.
3. 24
hours notice is required for any cancellations. If the child or student
becomes ill etc on the day of their lesson, contact us immediately and
lesson will be rescheduled. Failure to notify and reschedule will require
missed lesson to be paid for. Rescheduling allows us to attempt to fill that
lesson so Tutor is not penalised by failure to attend.
4. The
school, HVSM, will not hold spots for those students who continually abuse
these basic rules. Non attendance hurts everyone.
5.
Discontinued lessons require two weeks notice or the filling of that spot,
whichever comes first.
6.
Students must try to be on time for their lesson to make sure they get their
full half hour.
7. Bad
behaviour or attitudes will not be tolerated.
8.
Students should be prepared for every lesson and regular practice will be
required.
9. If for
any reason the student has any problems with re the teaching etc, please see
Nona or Staff.
