Warranty Returns

Music Specialists will happily honour any valid warranty claims, provided a claim is submitted within 30 days of receipt of items.

Customers will be required to pre-pay the return shipping, however we will reimburse you upon successful warranty claim.

Upon return receipt of items for warranty claim, you can expect Music Specialists  to process your warranty claim within 7 days. Call us on 02 4933 0633 to discuss further. 

Most new products listed on the webpage are covered by a manufacturer's warranty. Warranty terms vary between different manufacturers. If your item is faulty within the warranty period we will either refer you to a local repairer, or ask you to send your item back to have it repaired or replaced at the supplier's discretion.

 

Refunds

You are entitled to a refund or return or exchange or credit if the goods that you have purchased are:

  • Faulty
  • Differ significantly from the goods advertised
  • Do not do what they are reasonably expected to do.

We do not generally offer refunds because you have changed your mind. This will be at the discretion of Music Specialists and will be assessed on a case by case scenario. Any associated fees attached to the purchase will be deducted from the refund amount. 

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Sheet music, CDs, DVD’s and books cannot be returned to due copyright restrictions. 
  • Consumables such as strings, leads , picks etc 
  • Recorders, microphones, headphones, reeds, harmonicas and mouthpieces cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons. 

Please keep your receipt as proof of purchase.
