At Music Specialists, we take pride in getting your musical gear to you quickly and safely. We understand the excitement of receiving a new instrument, and we want to make sure your order arrives in perfect condition.

How We Ship

We offer reliable shipping across Australia, using trusted carriers to deliver your order to your doorstep. Whether it's a guitar, keyboard, or accessories, we'll ensure your order is packed with care. Currently we ship with Australia Post for smaller parcels, Aramex for larger items as well as Startrack, TNT Australian (FedEx).

Shipping Time

We aim to process and ship all orders within 2-3 business days.  Some items ship direct from our supplier and may take a little longer for dispatch. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched, so you can follow your new gear on its journey!

Delivery times will vary depending on your location. In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2 - 7 days - Be advised these times may exceed 7 days due to public holidays. Please note, some remote areas may experience longer delivery times. While we do our best to dispatch your order promptly, Music Specialists cannot guarantee delivery times provided by Australia Post or our courier partners.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, order size and number of items purchased. We aim to offer competitive rates and will always be transparent about costs upfront.
