We offer reliable shipping across Australia, using trusted carriers to deliver your order to your doorstep. Whether it's a guitar, keyboard, or accessories, we'll ensure your order is packed with care. Currently we ship with Australia Post for smaller parcels, Aramex for larger items as well as Startrack, TNT Australia (FedEx).
Shipping Times
We aim to process and ship all orders within 2-3 business days. Some items ship direct from our supplier and may take a little longer for dispatch. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched, so you can follow your new gear on its journey!
Delivery times will vary depending on your location. Please note, some remote areas may experience longer delivery times. While we do our best to dispatch your order promptly, Music Specialists cannot guarantee delivery times provided by Australia Post or our courier partners.Do you post to PO Boxes
In most instances we are unable to offer delivery to PO Boxes unless the item is small enough to send in a Australia Post satchel or Australia Post box.Shipping Costs

What Happens if Something Goes Wrong?

Will I receive tracking information for my purchase?
For most orders, you will receive tracking information at the time of dispatch. Music and Tuition books may at times be sent via Australia Post without tracking.
