The Ernie Ball Cloud Comfort strap incorporates air cell technology, offering an optimal cushioning solution for
musicians who experience discomfort due to prolonged playing. This strap is designed for players of all types who
have had shoulder discomfort and have attempted and been unsuccessful with other strap designs. The unique
AirCell core technology makes this guitar strap stronger and more comfortable to wear, evenly dispersing the
weight of your instrument across your shoulder and back; our neoprene strap is attached to long-lasting leather
ends and fastened to polypropylene webbing via an acetal plastic loop slide. It provides a snug fit without being
too stiff or bouncy. Due to the wide surface of the 2” and 3” air cell shoulder pads, you can be sure that the strap
will be comfortable, moisture repellent, and glide easily over skin or clothes. Two widths—2.32” and 3.32” are
available to purchase— with an adjustable length (43” to 51”).

How We Ship
We offer reliable shipping across Australia, using trusted carriers to deliver your order to your doorstep. Whether it's a guitar, keyboard, or accessories, we'll ensure your order is packed with care. Currently we ship with Australia Post for smaller parcels, Aramex for larger items as well as Startrack, TNT Australia (FedEx).
Shipping Times
We aim to process and ship all orders within 2-3 business days. Some items ship direct from our supplier and may take a little longer for dispatch. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched, so you can follow your new gear on its journey!
Delivery times will vary depending on your location. In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2 - 7 days - Be advised these times may exceed 7 days due to public holidays. Please note, some remote areas may experience longer delivery times. While we do our best to dispatch your order promptly, Music Specialists cannot guarantee delivery times provided by Australia Post or our courier partners.Do you post to PO Boxes
In most instances we are unable to offer delivery to PO Boxes unless the item is small enough to send in a Australia Post satchel or Australia Post box.Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size. We aim to offer competitive rates and will always be transparent about costs upfront.
What Happens if Something Goes Wrong?
While we do our best to get your order to you without a hitch, if your package is delayed or damaged, don’t worry — we’ll work with you to sort it out. Just reach out to our team, and we’ll do everything we can to resolve the issue.
Will I receive tracking information for my purchase?
For most orders, you will receive tracking information at the time of dispatch. Music and Tuition books may at times be sent via Australia Post without tracking.
